These terms govern your use of 1-check.com.au and 1-Check's Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check service.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, or submitting an application for a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a check through this website, and at least 16 years of age to be the subject of a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check application.
Accuracy of information
Your results depend on the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. We do not offer refunds for inaccurate, incomplete or incorrectly submitted applications.
Payment
Payments are processed securely; card details are not stored by 1-Check. All prices shown are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 1-Check is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on results provided by the National Police Checking Service, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including its design, layout, text and graphics — is owned by or licensed to 1-Check. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit this content without our written permission.

Governing law
